Conversion of waste for an alternative use of Fuel cooking Energy

Research has revealed the need for alternative sources of energy as the search for firewood is threatening in H2R areas, charcoal is costly for their level of living standard and well being, and other substances such as plastic are not healthy

Several cases of abduction and killing have been reported to protection actors in recent times, women ,girls and boys are most predisposed due to the societal norms which saddled them  with responsibility of sourcing for cooking energy .

In view of this, Aid initiative in collaboration with Food Agricultural organization(FAO) and   International Organization for Migration (IOM) carried out capacity building training on Biomass briquette production in different in BAY State  to IDPs,Returness and Host communities members.
