The bulletin presents the results of the survey in Borno State in November-December 2019. Recipients from Maiduguri, Jere and Konduga Local Government Areas (the three LGAs with the largest concentration of CVA recipients) are positive about their experience of receiving CVA, though there continue to be information gaps, with respondents finding the process of registering for CVA the hardest part, and not being sure about why they receive it or how long they will receive it for. GTS will deepen the findings in the next round of the Cash Barometer through in-depth user journey interviews with cash recipients and facilitated dialogues.
