The Strategic Plan compiles the collective priorities which emerged from a
series of consultations with gFSC’s partner organizations and national cluster
coordinators. Following the consultations, five strategic taskforce groups,
inclusive of one member of the Strategic Advisory Group (SAG), representatives
of the CLAs and FSC NGO partners, were created to define the strategic pillars’
objectives, outcomes, and outputs, as well as key indicators of performance to
monitor the effective implementation of the Strategic Plan.
