Country overview
The Food Security and Livelihoods Cluster (FSLC) engages with hundreds of implementing partners, advocating for improved coordination, information flow and matches requests from Oblasts for the most vulnerable population groups affected by the ongoing conflict in Ukraine.

The FSLC has two key objectives:
  • Ensure immediate access to food insecure people through lifesaving assistance.
  • Strengthen the self-reliance of vulnerable conflict affected households and contribute to their economic capacity by protecting, restoring, and retaining agricultural and non-agricultural livelihoods.
The FSLC is led by the United Nations World Food Programme (WFP) and the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) in Ukraine.
