The FSS Meeting, first held on a fortnightly basis, focused on Gender/Protection dimensions in relation to Food Security in humanitarian contexts, with a presentation on Preventing Sexual Abuse and Exploitation, facilitated by UNFPA/PSEA Unit. Other issues discussed included a planned Pre-Crisis Market Assessment (PCMA), a presentation made by the coordinators of the Cash Working Group. The PCMA will be carrried out by VAM Unit, together with FSS Coordination Team and Cash WG.
