During January 2022, Sector partners assisted about 1.2 million people with food assistance (through in-kind or CVA) in the three most affected North-East states of Nigeria. The largest gap identified remains in Borno State, followed by Yobe State, and Adamawa State. This implies significant food assistance gaps in BAY states, which is about 2.9 million people.
