FSL Cluster Dashboard, August 2020

The FSL Cluster partners reached 895,000 people with either in-kind food distribution, cash or vouchers modality in August 2020 in both rural and urban areas. Among them, 730,000 persons received in-kind food assistance and 17,300 cash-based assistance in rural zones, while the remaining 148,000  received cash-based support in urban areas. Concurrently, a total of 155,000 beneficiaries were supported with agriculture and livelihood assistance. This includes 48,000 and 15,000 beneficiaries who received crop and livestock inputs respectively, 46,000 beneficiaries supported with extension and advisory services to manage crop pests and livestock diseases, 40,000 assisted with critical assets rehabilitation.

The HNO and HRP 2021 process has started in Zimbabwe. According to the timeline, the People in Need calculation and FSL Cluster HNO inputs will need to be finalised and shared by the beginning of October 2020.
