The objective of the training was to:
- Help define Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (SEA) and understand the consequences for people in need and the seriousness of the problem.
- Develop action plans for what should be done to prevent and respond to it within our respective. capacities; Understand the special measure for protection from SEA
- Perform our roles and responsibilities as staff members or managers.
- Explain the complaint mechanism for SEA.
