Partners in Borno State assisted a total number of 2.5 million people as of November 2018, with around 0.45 million in Yobe State and 0.24 million in Adamawa State. The needs remain significant at lower administrative/settlement levels, especially as the security situation remains fluid and displacement is ongoing. In some hard-to-reach areas in Borno State, indirect nutrition information suggests that the nutrition situation may be an issue of great concern. Sustaining the provision of necessary emergency food assistance through the most appropriate modalities and harmonized targeting is critical to ensure availability of nutritious foods for the most vulnerable populations. The Partner Presence Map supports partners to quickly identify organizations working in a particular area to improve coordination among actors and be alert on any possible critical absence of partners. By reviewing partner presence, partners with ongoing/planned interventions in an area are informed of which partners to engage with to create synergies, prevent duplication of efforts and exchange operational information
