What to expect

In this webinar, you’ll learn what Anticipatory Action (AA) means in practice and how it is being applied in real‑world settings to strengthen food security and nutrition. The session will introduce key AA concepts, explain why acting early matters, and walk through practical examples from different contexts to help participants understand how AA can make a measurable difference for food security and nutrition before crises escalate.

This is one webinar offered in three different languages, each delivered live on a different day so participants can join in the language they are most comfortable with:

Each session lasts 1.5 hours and there will be a Q&A at the end.

Global members are encouraged to share this information with colleagues at HQ, regional offices, and country offices. Country Food Security Cluster and Nutrition Cluster teams are also invited to share it with their cluster members.

Have questions? Contact Domitille Kauffmann at dkauffmann@actionagainsthunger.ca and Damien Joud at Damien.Joud@fao.org

We look forward to seeing you at one of the sessions.
