In the Far North, North and Adamawa Regions, agricultural production balance sheets are relatively good, with the exception of certain Divisions such as Logone and Chari, Mayo Sava and Mbéré, where floods and civil insecurity disrupted the farming season.  

In the southern part of the country, agro-meteorological factors favoured the smooth running of the farming season. However, there was a great disruption in the North-West and South-West Regions, a situation related to the socio-political crisis that caused farmers to abandon some agro-pastoral production areas.
