IM Training, Bracciano June 2017

From 19-23 June 2017, the gFSC carried out a Food Security Cluster Information Management Officer training in Lake Bracciano, Italy. The training included some 25 participants from various organisations, including fourteen stand-by partners.

Training Objectives:

1) Gain an understanding of the role of IM for the FSC and learn how to collect, process and analyse data.

2) Development of FSC IM products: presenting information in narrative and graphic format.

Modules included session on data management and analysis, graphic design, mapping/GIS, visualisation, functional writing, and soft skills.
