In June 2022, Sector partners assisted 1,285,871 people with food assistance (through in-kind or CVA) in the three most affected North-East states of Nigeria. The largest gap identified remains in Adamawa State (92%), followed by Yobe State (82%), and Borno State (49%). This implies significant food assistance gaps in BAY states. The food assistance gap in the BAY states is 2.8 million people.
